OUR STORY
George’s namesake, architect Sir George Gilbert Scott, is probably the most successful and famous architect of the Victorian era, with many landmark buildings to his name. He designed the village church, St. Marks and resided in Worsley for periods during its build between 1844-46.
OUR CHEF
The menu is thoroughly planned and researched by our head chef Lee Bamforth. In conjunction with our award winning butchers and master fishmongers, they pick the best of British and have created the perfect blend of casual and elegant dining. Categorised as modern British we are proud of where we’re from and use locally sourced produce where possible, whilst taking influence from all over the world.
